This 8 Days Tanzania Tented Camp Safari is designed for travelers who want an authentic African bush experience while staying in comfortable tented camps close to nature. You’ll explore Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater, each offering unique wildlife and landscapes.
From the giant baobab trees of Tarangire, the tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara, the endless Serengeti plains, to the natural wonder of Ngorongoro Crater, this safari combines adventure, culture, and relaxation. Staying in tented camps enhances the wilderness experience while still enjoying comfort and hospitality.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), you will be warmly welcomed by your driver guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Known for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse birdlife, Tarangire offers fantastic wildlife sightings. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing the game drive.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. This park is famous for its lush forests, flamingo filled lake, and tree climbing lions. You’ll also spot giraffes, elephants, and hippos. Lunch will be served at a picnic site in the park before an afternoon game drive.
After breakfast, head to the world-famous Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy wildlife sightings before reaching Serengeti. Afternoon game drive en route to your camp.
Spend a full day exploring Serengeti’s endless plains. Witness the Great Migration (seasonal) and spot resident predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing your adventure.
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before heading toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, you may stop at Olduvai Gorge (optional, at extra cost), one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world.
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater floor is home to more than 30,000 animals, including buffalo, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and the rare black rhino. A picnic lunch will be served at the crater floor before continuing your game drive.
After breakfast, depart Karatu and head back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for shopping or a cultural visit before being transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
